Affacciato sulla Valle d’Itria, Piccolo, bello e attivissimo. È il Comune di Cisternino, in provincia di Brindisi, . Comune Bandiera arancione del Touring Club, ma anche Gioiello d’Italia, Borgo più bello d’Italia, Città Slow, Comune Bandiera Verde Agricoltura. Insomma, una comunità e un territorio con al petto le medaglie più belle che premiano le sue qualità turistico ambientali, l’autenticità dei suoi luoghi, la genuinità e varietà dei suoi prodotti tipici e delle sue tradizioni gastronomiche, l’impegno a favore dell’agricoltura e per il recupero e la valorizzazione del patrimonio rurale.
